and equipment malfunctions resulting from high or extraneous
electromagnetic fields, not infrequently experienced in banking and
other areas of commerce. Our services include the recommendation of
control measures and oversight of their implementation. The electromagnetic fields found in the vicinity of computing installations invariably result in display (picture) distortion. The effects of these fields on the health of operators are assessed against the relevant National Health and Medical Research Council (NH&MRC) recommendations and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements. EMCS issue the associated certificates / reports of compliance and investigate / recommend / rectify non compliant installations. |
